Payments are taken securely by our payment provider. Cancel at any time from Membership in your account — your Plus features stay available until the end of the period you've already paid for.
DinnerPlan subscription payments are non-refundable once charged, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where DinnerPlan expressly agrees otherwise.
You can also cancel a Direct Debit through your bank or building society. Cancelling a Direct Debit stops future payment instructions, but it may not by itself cancel your DinnerPlan membership or any amount already due. To ensure your membership is closed correctly, also cancel through your DinnerPlan account or contact support.
