Terms
DinnerPlan is provided for personal, household use. Recipe suggestions, expiry estimates and nutrition information are informational only and never authoritative. Always follow packaging instructions and your own judgement about food safety.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter or confirm, and for supervising anyone in your household who uses the app.
Free accounts and scan allowance
Free and trial accounts include 2 AI scans in total across the lifetime of the account. Adding and editing food by hand is unlimited on every plan. We may adjust allowances for new accounts, and we will tell you before changing the allowance on an existing account.
Membership, cancellation and refunds
Membership payments are taken by our payment provider on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Membership in your account; cancellation stops the next payment and your Plus features stay available until the end of the period you have already paid for.
DinnerPlan subscription payments are non-refundable once charged, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where DinnerPlan expressly agrees otherwise.
You can also cancel a Direct Debit through your bank or building society. Cancelling a Direct Debit stops future payment instructions, but it may not by itself cancel your DinnerPlan membership or any amount already due. To ensure your membership is closed correctly, also cancel through your DinnerPlan account or contact support.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom.
Acceptable use and suspension
We may suspend or close an account that abuses the service, attempts to bypass usage limits, or puts other people at risk. Where we do, we will tell you the reason unless we are prevented from doing so by law.
